THE SEPARATE COLLECTION SYSTEM IN THE HISTORIC CENTRE
The separate collection system in the historic centre avails of:
- Above-ground, automated separate ecological collection areas called Garbys;
- Underground separate ecological elevator units;
- Mobile bins for the non-residential customers who request them.

You must have a card to access the Garbys and underground ecological collection units. Their distribution is at the Sistema Ambiente office on Via delle Tagliate III Trav. IV, 136 Borgo Giannotti - Kit Distribution Office - on these days and times:
Tuesday and Thursday: from 08:30 am to 1 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5 pm
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: from 8:30 am to 1 pm
WHAT TO PUT IN THE GARBYS/COLLECTIONS/BINS ↓

 | All waste that doesn’t fall under separate collection – like ceramics, plastic silverware, nappies, CDs and DVDs, toys, etc., for example – makes up RUR (Residual Urban Refuse) |

NAPPY/INCONTINENCE PAD COLLECTION ↓
Nappies and incontinence pads must be delivered in the unsorted (RUR) units of the ecological collection area in tightly closed bags.
You can declare extra drop-offs of Unsorted waste by filling out the designated form. Remember that the declaration lasts for one year, and for it to remain valid you must send a confirmation email by January 31st every year.
