The following may be subject to processing: 

NAVIGATION DATA:

The processing of personal data of users who only visit the Site (i.e. without sending communications or using reserved areas) is limited to navigation data, i.e. those for which transmission to the Site is necessary for the operation of the computer systems used to manage the Site and Internet communication protocols. For example, this category includes IP addresses or the domain of the computer used to visit the Site and other parameters relating to the operating system used by the user to connect to the Site. The Company collects these and other data (such as, for example, the number of visits and time spent on the Site) only for statistical purposes and in anonymous form in order to control the operation of the Site and improve its functionality. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller in the technical management related to the functionality and security of the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The entirely optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages via email to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered by the user in the message. The legal basis for such processing, necessary to respond to the user's specific requests, is the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party (if the writer is our customer) or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same.

HOW WE STORE DATA AND FOR HOW LONG

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, the information systems and computer programs used by the Controller are configured to minimise the use of personal and identification data; the data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes actually pursued and in any case, the criterion used to determine the storage period is based on compliance with the terms allowed by applicable laws and the principles of data minimisation, storage limitation and rational archive management.

Navigation data is maintained for any technical analysis relating to the functionality and security of the site for a period of 60 days and then deleted. They may be kept for a longer period and made available to the judicial authority to ascertain and identify the perpetrators of any computer crimes committed against or through the Site.

Data obtained from cookies (technical or analytical) is anonymised and does not allow tracing back to the user's identity.

Data transmitted voluntarily by users (via email) will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes underlying the request. In the case of requests for information, they will be maintained until the conclusion of the request response process. In the case of requests or communications of a contractual nature or complaints, they will be kept for the period provided for by current legislation.

HOW WE ENSURE THE SECURITY AND QUALITY OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company is committed to protecting the security of the user's personal data and complies with the security provisions set forth by applicable regulations in order to avoid data loss, illegitimate or illicit use of data and unauthorised access to the same.

Recipients of personal data    Your personal data may be shared, when strictly necessary for the purposes indicated, with: 

a. persons appointed by the Company for the specific processing of personal data necessary to carry out activities closely related to the provision of Services, appropriately trained, and committed to confidentiality; b. third parties providing instrumental services to the Company, typically acting as data processors, such as communication service providers, email, correspondence delivery, technical services for Site management, IT service providers or, depending on the subject of requests, suggestions or complaints, suppliers of products or services related to the nature of the complaint or suggestion. c. subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of legal provisions or orders of the authorities.

These subjects will receive only the data necessary for their respective functions and will undertake to use them only for the purposes indicated above and to process them in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. The updated list of data processors is available by sending a written request to the Controller.

USER RIGHTS

Users can exercise at any time the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulation. In particular, they have the right to ask the Controller for access to data concerning them, their rectification or erasure, completion of incomplete data, restriction of processing; to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to withdraw any consent given in relation to processing and to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; as well as to exercise the other rights recognised by applicable law. These rights can be exercised by writing by post to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), domiciled for his functions at the Controller's headquarters, or via email to the following address: privacy@sistemaambientelucca.it.

Pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, moreover, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
